Fabulous Coffee Talk this month. I’m always amazed at the wealth of information you provide and the depth and breadth of goodies. This information can certainly be used for holiday marketing, but as I was listening, my mind was racing with all of the applications for the mind-mapping tools (for planning my next book, for helping my clients visualize their various areas of responsibility at home and at work, for strategically planning my entire business and not just marketing…). As for the different ways to schedule, track and generally organize social media efforts, you’ve once again proven that one hour of SoHo Tech Training is more worth the cost of admission for an entire month — the value of my time saved by each individual tip makes me want to pinch myself…am I dreaming? Great job!
One last thought, re: mind mapping: has anyone tried Wisemapping.com? It looks dazzlingly user-friendly, but I wonder if simplicity blunts the richness of the features. Any thoughts?
I’m so glad to hear that, Julie. You made my day! I may need to use your feedback on the testimonials page. =)
As I was doing research for this class, I started to realize that mind maps can be helpful in many ways (and not just for business). I really should use them more often. I haven’t heard of Wisemapping, but will check it out. I plan to use a mind map to extend the life of a blog topic…find different angles for the same subject matter (and maybe for a future book, too). =)
